Agreement Overview

Website Design & Launch

This agreement confirms the scope, pricing, and terms for website design and launch services provided by Internet Made Simple to the client named below. By making payment or providing written confirmation, both parties agree to the terms outlined in this document.

Pricing & Payment

Total Fee:$________
  • 50% due upfront to begin work
  • 50% due upon launch
  • Payments are non-refundable once work has commenced

Services Provided

  • Custom website design & build
  • Mobile-responsive layout
  • Core pages: homepage, services, gallery or content section, contact form
  • Basic SEO setup
  • Website launch & handoff

Timeline

Project begins upon receipt of the initial payment.


Estimated completion: 7–14 business days, depending on client feedback and timely delivery of assets.

Client Responsibilities

To keep the project on schedule, the client agrees to provide the following in a timely manner:


  • Logo & brand assets
  • Photos & images
  • Business information & copy
  • Prompt feedback at review stages
  • Access to the domain needs to be provided to the Internet Made Simple team for website configuration

Ownership & Rights

Full ownership of the completed website transfers to the client once payment is made in full. Internet Made Simple retains no ongoing rights to the site.

Hosting & Domain

Hosting and domain registration are not included in this agreement unless explicitly stated in writing as part of a separate arrangement.

Revisions

1 free revision is included as part of the initial setup. Reasonable revisions are included within the original project scope. Additional work outside the agreed scope may be quoted and billed separately.

Limitation of Liability

Internet Made Simple is not responsible for lost revenue, business downtime, or issues arising from third-party platforms, hosting providers, or domain registrars.

Acceptance

This agreement is considered accepted and binding upon receipt of the initial payment or written confirmation (email or message) from the client. No physical signature is required for the agreement to take effect, though a signature field is provided below for in-person transactions.
